In-Home Design Services:

Edit, Refresh, and Redesign 

We specialize in using what you already have to transform your home into a space that perfectly reflects your family’s style, needs and comfort (redesign).  We will walk through your home, with a critical eye, in order to showcase its best qualities.   We also offer E-Design services which can be done entirely online.

$125 an hour -  Single Room Edit

A little rearranging by a professional can make your home look great.

  • We start with a phone interview, so we can be ready to go when we walk in
  • We use the furnishings and accessories that are currently in the home, and arrange them so that each room we touch is appealing and comfortable

(Up to two hours in the home with any additional hours reverting to a $100 hourly rate)

$375 - Single Room Refresh ($125 an hour)

Need a few extras?  By adding a couple well-selected accessories or pieces of furniture to the homeowner's collection, we will create a polished and complete look. 

  • We will start with a phone interview, so we can be ready when we walk in
  • We will discuss with you the look you are trying to achieve, and create a shopping list 
    • we can shop for you using our trade discount
    • you can shop yourself (a big part of the fun)
  • We will return and place all new purchases in your home

Home must be prepped and cleaned prior to our arrival for final refreshing
(Up to three hours in the home with any additional hours reverting to a $100 hourly rate)

Revisions after initial decisions may be subject to additional charges

$1875 - Whole Home Re-design ($125 an hour)

Our re-design service will produce a fresh, updated home.  This is for someone who is planning to stay in their home

  • We will start with a detailed phone interview to assess your vision and wishes. 
  • We will visit your home to determine any additional purchases to be made
    • We will discuss with you the look you are trying to achieve, and create a shopping list
      • we can shop for you using our trade discount
      • you can shop yourself (a big part of the fun)
  • We will return to the home to arrange furnishings, art, and accessories in the most pleasing and comfortable style
  • We will work for up to 15 hours in the home, as well as photograph the transformations as we go

Home must be prepped and cleaned prior to stager arriving
(Up to fifteen hours in the home with any additional hours reverting to a $100 hourly rate)

Revisions after initial decisions may be subject to additional charges

$75 an hour - Power Shopping

  • After providing you with a list of accessories needed to help stage the home, you can save yourself the stress of shopping and let us do it for you.  You will be given a list of accessories within your given budget and after agreeing upon all items listed that will help complete your home, we will shop for those accessories for you.
    • These will be pieces that can serve you in the long run and be investments for you in the sale of your home
